Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same thing here. Just bought it today, Mon, Nov 3, only received the ignition skin and the gun skin. Nothing else. Will definitely not be buying anything else if this issue is not fixed.
