Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Exact same issue going on for me right now. DICE and EA are honestly screwing this all up because they want to act dumb all of a sudden.
