Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue here. Contacted support, I was told it was a known problem and to watch their X feed for updates.... Pretty disappointed, as they offered no assistance, no estimated update, no compensation, nothing but "oh sorry, we will do our best... trust us...."
