Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

There needs to be a public update so we know we are not forgotten. This is a huge issue and the support is NOT helping beyond "just watch our X feed" where there is no mention of this problem! This was my first Battlepass I've purchased and with how it has gone will not be purchasing one again.
