Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue here contacted customer support on Friday was told there looking into it and to try trouble shooting which i already told them I'd tried all that, heard nothing since.....
