Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I am also missing all the instant unlock content. Waiting for some sort of official word on a patch for this but I am contemplating refunding through Microsoft or my credit card. I am trying to avoid a solution where EA feels they will need to in turn ban my account but at this point EA has factually stolen from me.
