Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I'm having the same issue i only received the instant unlocks from the pro pass, I still can't access the other three operators the parachute or the wild beast
