Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

same issue here, tried contacting ea help, no response, since i paid good money for this i believe maybe the descent thing to do is at least reply, **bleep** customer service EA
