Same problem here on Xbox Series X. I'm going to look at requesting a refund. It's looking like Support doesn't care, and the company doesn't either. This is insane treatment for a direct cash purchase.
Here is the link to request a refund for those who purchased BF Pro on Xbox. Don't let EA drag you along for too long. They are trying to make you wait until it's too late to request a refund and then they will just continue to ignore it, while keeping your money.

Refund Request Update: Microsoft denied the refund request, even after explaining the completely missing paid content. I will have to conduct a chargeback request with the Credit Card company. I've NEVER had to do this before, but the blatant disregard and lack of address is insane.
