Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue as everyone else, i purchased it through XBox Microsoft, contacted EA first who said , they will look into this, replied not aware of the issues,even though its been on the tech and forum sites, and contact Microsoft due to buying from them,

Went back to Microsoft kicked of and a got a refund, and they removed the battle pass pro.

Was gonna buy from EA direct but clearly the issue hasn't been sorted
