Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

No. They haven't even acknowledged it as a problem worth addressing. A support ticket won't help you either. It's a literal snatch and run.
