Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Replying to the CM Note.

Why hasn't EA Support reported the various trouble tickets we've submitted about it? They are supposed to be the ones getting the first look at these types of issues, because it deals with direct monetary purchases. Instead, EA Support is giving us the shoulder shrug and no assurance that the issue will be handled.
