Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I'm having the same issue, I figured if I unlock the base gun, that would solve the problem, but nope. EA Sports I hope you're going to compensate the people who are having this issue. It's been a week and I still don't have any of my instant unlock items.
