Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same type of issues. Bought pro battle pass and I’m missing essentially everything. Very upset. Tried to submit a ticket and it wouldn’t even let me submit the **bleep** thing.
