Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

lmao same purchased bf pro and got none of the unlocks if i go to loadout it says bp tier 0 and the item is still locked. i talked to suuport and that itself was a hassle.
