Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue

I figured that we claimed the half section not the battle pass section we received the rest of the BF PRO NOT THE BATTLE PASS
