Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

PS5, same issue for a week now, love the game but I will definitely won't be buying another battlepass for first few weeks until all known issues are resolved
