Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Again, since this problem is happening to a lot of people you would think that the devs would at least answer people when they contact customer support but i guess its EA and the money is in, the people are less important when they already paid, instead of working on ridiculous br , maybe take care of your paying customers now, if they care at all, i wouldn't recommend anybody spending money on EA again
