Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I'm impressed with how long this is taking, it makes no sense because the game clearly knows i own BF PRO and it knows those rewards are supposed to be unlocked for people who bought it, so why is it not unlocking it?
