Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I bought the Season 1 Battlefield Pro from steam after playing a bit. When I go to the battlepass tab, it shows that I have unlocked the instant rewards and all the other rewards. However if I try to go equip any of the rewards they are locked. Only the rewards I unlocked after buying the battlepass are usable.

I have the same issue but I'm waiting for my account to no longer be restricted (EA's fault) before I can deal with that
