Purchased game and BP via Steam. But BFPro pass and half of my content is unable to be access even though my battle pass says I unlocked it. Can't find direct support link to EA. HELP!
They won't help you. They told me it wasn't their issue and to contact PlayStation. All they said was restore licenses for the game but that didn't work either
They just dismissed me, saying they already know about the bug and I'm not the only one, literally and then ended the chat. Customer service for EA is terrible, just dismiss everyone claiming there's a lot with the same issue with no fix...
