Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

i am also having the same issues. None of the regular battlepass unlocks are available to me, just the things offered in the pro version
