Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

There is no fix to it. EA scammed us, and aside from the small CM Note, they refuse to acknowledge the problem. The EA Support staff will ignore your complaints also. They have straight up stopped creating tickets and stopped responding to people.
