Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Having the same issue and literally zero help from support an update comes out tomorrow and still nothing on where these missing instant rewards are… this is insane. I bought battlefield pro like two weeks ago. So unacceptable
