Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I bought the pro battle pass also and I too don't have access to the instant unlocks. This is ridiculous, I think a refund should be issued to those of us that already bought it and we should still get the content whenever they figure it out.
