Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue. Just spent an hour with EA support on it and that didn't help. I paid $25 for a pass and I can't access my rewards. This is unacceptable.
