Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Still not fixed. I'm also pretty sure I'm only getting the 5% XP from the Pro BP and not the 10% from the normal one. This is actually ridiculous.
