Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

same issue here. can't use the parachute skin even if i own BF6 Pro

by the way: i contact the EA customer support 2 times and they just lead me to this forum.

That's really not good customer service.
