Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same old song and dance routine for me, if you want to know what getting ripped off feels like, just give your money to EA, and they prolly aren't even gonna do whats right to make up for this...
