Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Link this thread on all of their latest social media posts, that's what I did, they just released new patch and no mention of the extra paid for content not being available f**** joke
