Like you, I and about 15 other people on this forum are having this problem. I did the same thing you did, contacted support, and received no response, not even confirmation that the items will be released after the bug is fixed. This experience is disappointing

At this point it is clear this is affecting many players, not just a few of us. We really need someone from EA or DICE to confirm that all affected accounts will have the missing PRO Pass rewards properly granted once the fix is pushed. It should not be this hard to get what we paid for.
