I am on PS5. Purchased BF Pro yesterday (11/12/25) and have the same issue. My friend purchased a week before me, same issue. I have tried complete restarts, checking for software and system updates, and cleared my cache. Nothing fixes this. They really should just refund the money to all of us since it seems that they have no intention of fixing the issue.

At this point it is clear this is affecting many players, not just a few of us. We really need someone from EA or DICE to confirm that all affected accounts will have the missing PRO Pass rewards properly granted once the fix is pushed. It should not be this hard to get what we paid for. i agree with your statement as well
