Once you’ve done that, please record the part of the menu where you expect to see the items, including any that are still locked when they shouldn’t be, and send us the video link. This will help us pinpoint what’s happening and work toward a resolution.

Hello, Sir/Madam, this has nothing to do with "Phantom edition" but instead with "BF 6 Pro". It tells me I will get 12 Instant Rewards, I get a mixture of them but not all of them, for example a parachute skin is still locked on my account.
It shows it can be unlocked via "Battle Pass Recruit Tier 0" - no idea what this means.
