I’m creating this thread because I’m experiencing a major entitlement issue with my Battlefield 6 PRO Battle Pass, and EA Support has been unable to resolve it.
I purchased the Battle Pass PRO early in the season (around tier 5–10). The PRO version is supposed to give 25 tier skips instantly plus several instant-unlock rewards. I did not receive any of these.
What I’m missing:
25 Tier Skips (the main selling point of the PRO Pass)
Brodie skin (instant unlock)
Speak No Evil NATO Recon skin (instant unlock)
Transparency parachute skin (instant unlock)
Bad Medicine Support skin (instant unlock)
Canis Lupus – LL10 weapon package (early tier reward)
Unflinching (Tier 4) – still locked even though the tier is completed
Also unsure if I received the 30 min Career XP boost or 60 min Hardware XP boost
My tiers show 22/22 completed and I am at Tier 93/110, so progression is not the issue. The PRO badge itself is active (+15% XP), meaning the purchase went through, but the entitlements did not.
How this affects my experience:
I paid extra for the PRO version specifically because of the 25 tier skips and exclusive skins. Not receiving the rewards makes the purchase feel incomplete and unfair. Speak No Evil skin were one of the items I really wanted, Speak No Evil still locked even though it should have been unlocked immediately.
EA Support so far:
I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but agents keep giving scripted responses:
“It’s a known issue, please wait.”
“Our tools are down.”
“This is the highest level of support.”
“Refusal to escalate to a Game Advisor or Senior Specialist.
My chats were even closed mid conversation without escalation, and I was told all teams have “the same tools,” which is not accurate for entitlement issues.
Purpose of this thread:
1. To confirm if other players are experiencing the same entitlement problems.
2. To have my account officially logged so the missing PRO Pass rewards can be corrected.
3. To request visibility from the team responsible for Battle Pass and entitlement systems.
I have screenshots of all missing items and my completed tiers if needed.
Any help or acknowledgement from EA staff would be appreciated.
Update 2025/11/15
It has now been 17 days since this issue started and there has still been no communication from EA or DICE about the PRO Battle Pass entitlements. No acknowledgement, no timeline and no confirmation that a fix is on the way for the players who are missing PRO rewards.
What makes this even more confusing is that they recently made a post saying they are working on a fix for challenge rewards not unlocking and that they hope to deploy that fix next week. But nothing has been said about the Battle Pass PRO version of this issue, even though it affects a large number of players and involves paid content.
At this point it is extremely frustrating. We paid extra for the PRO Pass and many of us still cannot access the items we already unlocked.
Hey man! Adding onto this thread, PS5 player, bought the pro BP on 11/9, and I don’t have access to the instant unlocks, and no doubt other features are bugged like you researched. I really appreciate your diligence on adding proof and how you laid your post out, I’ve been angrily ranting on similar forum posts here since Sony decided I wasn’t eligible for a refund because “The publisher hasn’t acknowledged the issue” like OFC they won’t! Cause why on earth would EA state “heyyy uh, the pro battlepass is bugged currently pls don’t buy,” ?? I can guarantee they’ll acknowledge the issue once we as consumers are too burnt out to fight or are ineligible for refunds from our respective providers. You being given the runaround with EA CS Support says everything you need to know, they know it’s an issue but are refusing to acknowledge it until it’s too late for us as the “burned” consumers. THIS IS ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE PLAYERS SHOULD BE UPSET ABOUT IT, ESPECIALLY IF THEY SPENT THEIR MONEY ON A $25 [edited] BATTLEPASS!

I also never received the promised rewards from launch day when the game was unplayable for many of us. I bought the game through EA instead of refunding and switching to Steam like a lot of players did, and I never got the 12 hour boosters or anything. Support told me that affected players already received them, but how can they tell if I was affected from me sitting on the home screen during launch day. That makes no sense.
Even after that, I continued to support the game by buying the PRO Battle Pass and some store skins, and now I am dealing with missing items again. It is honestly extremely frustrating. This is not how you build trust with players who actually support the game.
