Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Bought BF Pro on Steam. Rewards are missing even the BF Coins. finished 3 paths already but only shows 500 BF Coins.

where's my gun EA ? it's been 18 days, I'm halfway trough the battle pass and made like 5 tickets. Where's the content I paid for with "instant unlock"
