Bought BF Pro on Steam. Rewards are missing even the BF Coins. finished 3 paths already but only shows 500 BF Coins.

About three days ago, I purchased the "BF Pro" on my PS5, but most of the items are still locked. After the purchase, a "View Instant Unlocks" button appeared, but even the items listed there remain locked.
Additionally, I can't upgrade weapons that I unlock through the battle pass. Even though I've unlocked new gadgets and upgrades during gameplay, the customization options for those items are still locked with a red lock icon.
This has been really frustrating - could you please look into this issue?

If you purchased the BF Pro battlepass upgrade, you are entitled to 12 Instant Rewards (6 that are available to the regular premium Battlepass + BF Pro, and another 6 only available to BF Pro purchasers.
Right now, many BF Pro buyers (including myself) across every platform, are reporting that the first 6 Instant Rewards have remained locked and unavailable for use after purchase. EA Support has offered no remedy to the issue, and the problem hasn't even been addressed as a problem or mentioned as a near future fix.
If you purchased BF Pro, check to see if the first 6 Instant Rewards are available to be equipped and used. The Instant Rewards page will appear like they have been unlocked, but you can't actually equip any of them. If you are affected by this, leave a message in the post about it in the Bugs section (link below), so that they know this is a much larger issue that needs to be addressed. Problems with direct monetary purchases should have been reported by the EA Support staff as we submitted complaints, instead of the the Community Manager having to do it. However, here we are...

I bought bf pro pass today and im missing instant unlock items such as blueprint for sor carbine and from recruit tab as well.Hope this to be fixed since if not it will be just a scam for money and i will want a refund.

I purchased the battlefield 6 BF PRO the other day. I paid $35 CAD roughly for it. The took my money and it shows I have BF Pro but none of the cosmetics work. It says I’ve unlocked the recruit path for example, but it’s still locked on the customize appearance selection. See images for reference of one of many occurrences of this bug. PLEASE HELP!!!

Bought BF Pro last night, didn't the normal battle pass rewards but I did recieve my Pro unlocks. Also, I have one rerolled mission, get 10 sniper kills, and it refuses to register.

I purchased BF pro two weeks ago and they won’t even acknowledge that these items are missing. I’ve seen numerous other reports of this and nobody seems to care. At this point they need to compensate players affected.

Also, don’t even bother with the support agents if you want to protect your will to live. They’ll just deflect your questions and tell you that some relevant team is “looking into it”

I’m creating this thread because I’m experiencing a major entitlement issue with my Battlefield 6 PRO Battle Pass, and EA Support has been unable to resolve it.
I purchased the Battle Pass PRO early in the season (around tier 5–10). The PRO version is supposed to give 25 tier skips instantly plus several instant-unlock rewards. I did not receive any of these.
What I’m missing:
25 Tier Skips (the main selling point of the PRO Pass)
Brodie skin (instant unlock)
Speak No Evil NATO Recon skin (instant unlock)
Transparency parachute skin (instant unlock)
Bad Medicine Support skin (instant unlock)
Canis Lupus – LL10 weapon package (early tier reward)
Unflinching (Tier 4) – still locked even though the tier is completed
Also unsure if I received the 30 min Career XP boost or 60 min Hardware XP boostMy tiers show 22/22 completed and I am at Tier 93/110, so progression is not the issue. The PRO badge itself is active (+15% XP), meaning the purchase went through, but the entitlements did not.
How this affects my experience:
I paid extra for the PRO version specifically because of the 25 tier skips and exclusive skins. Not receiving the rewards makes the purchase feel incomplete and unfair. Speak No Evil skin were one of the items I really wanted, Speak No Evil still locked even though it should have been unlocked immediately.EA Support so far:
I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but agents keep giving scripted responses:“It’s a known issue, please wait.”
“Our tools are down.”
“This is the highest level of support.”
“Refusal to escalate to a Game Advisor or Senior Specialist.My chats were even closed mid conversation without escalation, and I was told all teams have “the same tools,” which is not accurate for entitlement issues.
Purpose of this thread:
1. To confirm if other players are experiencing the same entitlement problems.
2. To have my account officially logged so the missing PRO Pass rewards can be corrected.
3. To request visibility from the team responsible for Battle Pass and entitlement systems.I have screenshots of all missing items and my completed tiers if needed.
Any help or acknowledgement from EA staff would be appreciated.
Update 2025/11/15
It has now been 17 days since this issue started and there has still been no communication from EA or DICE about the PRO Battle Pass entitlements. No acknowledgement, no timeline and no confirmation that a fix is on the way for the players who are missing PRO rewards.What makes this even more confusing is that they recently made a post saying they are working on a fix for challenge rewards not unlocking and that they hope to deploy that fix next week. But nothing has been said about the Battle Pass PRO version of this issue, even though it affects a large number of players and involves paid content.
At this point it is extremely frustrating. We paid extra for the PRO Pass and many of us still cannot access the items we already unlocked.

Like you, I and about 15 other people on this forum are having this problem. I did the same thing you did, contacted support, and received no response, not even confirmation that the items will be released after the bug is fixed. This experience is disappointing

I am on PS5. Purchased BF Pro yesterday (11/12/25) and have the same issue. My friend purchased a week before me, same issue. I have tried complete restarts, checking for software and system updates, and cleared my cache. Nothing fixes this. They really should just refund the money to all of us since it seems that they have no intention of fixing the issue.

Hey man! Adding onto this thread, PS5 player, bought the pro BP on 11/9, and I don’t have access to the instant unlocks, and no doubt other features are bugged like you researched. I really appreciate your diligence on adding proof and how you laid your post out, I’ve been angrily ranting on similar forum posts here since Sony decided I wasn’t eligible for a refund because “The publisher hasn’t acknowledged the issue” like OFC they won’t! Cause why on earth would EA state “heyyy uh, the pro battlepass is bugged currently pls don’t buy,” ?? I can guarantee they’ll acknowledge the issue once we as consumers are too burnt out to fight or are ineligible for refunds from our respective providers. You being given the runaround with EA CS Support says everything you need to know, they know it’s an issue but are refusing to acknowledge it until it’s too late for us as the “burned” consumers. THIS IS ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE PLAYERS SHOULD BE UPSET ABOUT IT, ESPECIALLY IF THEY SPENT THEIR MONEY ON A $25 [edited] BATTLEPASS!

I also never received the promised rewards from launch day when the game was unplayable for many of us. I bought the game through EA instead of refunding and switching to Steam like a lot of players did, and I never got the 12 hour boosters or anything. Support told me that affected players already received them, but how can they tell if I was affected from me sitting on the home screen during launch day. That makes no sense.
Even after that, I continued to support the game by buying the PRO Battle Pass and some store skins, and now I am dealing with missing items again. It is honestly extremely frustrating. This is not how you build trust with players who actually support the game.

Hello, I have purchased an EA Play Pro subscription for a month (it is still active for about one or two days) and I already wanted to renew my subscription, but I noticed in the EA store information that when buying EA Play Pro in the game Battlefiled 6 (because of it the subscription was purchased) is given a season combat pass and 25 rank passes. At the same time, the rest of the pre-order bonus components, a set of phantoms and experience boosters were received on my account. Can you tell me who I can contact in an urgent matter? It depends on whether I will renew my EA subscription or not.

Like the title says, I bought BF Pro like two days after it was offered. The instant unlocks are not available to use, despite the items being shown with red check marks in the Instant Unlocks page, as if the client knows I have unlocked them. In the Loadout/Appearances page, I am unable to apply or use any of the Instant Unlock items. They are still locked. Redditors speculate that it is an issue with Steam, but then fail to provide any sort of citation for that claim. Hoping to get some guidance on this issue. Thank you for your time, loving the game despite its flaws.

PS5 player reporting here, experiencing the same issue. However, EA will refuse to acknowledge this as an issue, because doing so would enable consumers to be eligible for a refund. At least that’s what Sony stated when I appealed this buggy mess to them. It’s unacceptable that we have to be at the mercy of the publisher and our respective licensees (PSN, Xbox, steam, etc), because I can guarantee it’ll be acknowledged as “an issue” once everyone is past eligibility for a refund. Not pissed at alllll about this!!
