Same issue - bought BF pro pass and I am missing the SOR -300SC weapon.

This is the only one that`s still locked - all other items have been unlocked.

I'm also having the same problem. I really hope you guys resolve this because I bought the BF PRO pass and didn't receive most of the instant unlocks from the normal pass, only the unlocks from the BF PRO pass. And tracks 0, 1, and 2 of the pass, which I had already completed, didn't unlock anything. I've already completed them, but without the items.
Is there a reason you guys are selling the battlefield pro knowing that instant rewards aren’t working? I bought two weeks ago and still haven’t even seen real acknowledgment of this problem. Just throwing money away apparently but I’m sure you guys are “looking into it” as your worthless support agents keep on telling me.

Any ETA on when we might expect a fix?
