Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

It's great to see a response from EA, hopefully they can fix this soon, i really wanted to use the Nato Sniper skin and the new Pax Support skin but i'm still locked out of those and many other items.
