Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I purchased battlefield pro for REDSEC and have not received all of my items in the instant unlocks after purchase. Can this be fixed? Photos are added for examples
