This post is very succinct, so thank you. I am having the exact same issues that you are having here. Bought BF Pro two days after it was available... haven't been able to use any of the instant unlocks or really anything that was supposed to be included with the Pro pass. I have however been able to progress through the season's tiers... at this point I'm almost done with everything. Just one more assignment to go. I am very disappointed. The Battlefield franchise has been close to my heart for the better part of a decade or longer. I'm a lifelong gamer at 37 years old... and I have never experienced the kind of customer service response that I've received in this case: absolutely no help whatsoever - essentially being robbed of my money by a massive gaming company. I can understand mistakes happening with the implementation of new content in a game, but I do not understand how EA's customer service is so abysmal. I've submitted two support tickets - one on the day that I purchased the upgrade, and one the next day. I have received no response whatsoever. Not even a confirmation that they've received my support ticket. Now that I think of it, I think there are only maybe two or three instances in my entire life where I've been scammed like this by a large company. I won't be purchasing any new EA content until this issue is rectified and I am made whole.
I agree with you strongly and appreciate the way you explained it. I have also been a fan of this franchise since a young age and it is honestly disappointing to see something like this happen, especially with a PRO Pass. I have never seen a season pass in any game break this badly. One missing item maybe, but not this many rewards at once.
For players who actually support the game and buy the higher tier pass, this should not take this long to fix. It really feels like we are being ignored while we wait for something we already paid for. I hope they address this properly soon for all of us.
