We’ve previously reported your feedback to our team. To help us better understand your missing bundle items, could you please provide a short video clip showing the steps you took to locate your unlocks and where the items appear to be missing?

Once you’ve done that, please record the part of the menu where you expect to see the items, including any that are still locked when they shouldn’t be, and send us the video link. This will help us pinpoint what’s happening and work toward a resolution.
