ok , since everyone in your team is either incompetent or just does not care about customers at all, here is a video that should explain it to anyone with more than 2 brain cells, there is no company in the whole gaming industry that has such a bad customer support as EA, if it didn't cost all these people their hard earned money it would be comical. I have sent several messages about this via ea help and am still waiting on the first non-computer generated answer. bf6 is such a good game, it's a shame it is published by a company that only cares about getting money in their pocket fast
