Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same here, reached out to support one week ago, saying I had this issue and they just said they're looking into the problem because me together with thousands have the same issue, but I wasn't given how long we have to wait and probably no compensation. I'll not buy battlepass again, that's for sure.
