Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I swear - how the f*ck is this not solved after the Battle Pass being out for over 2 weeks? People are paying significant money for it and not getting what they paid for. Are the employees on the spectrum or does EA just not care?
