Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same Issue for me. Purchased the BF Pro today, but still many skins are locked. Bought it from Steam. Hugely disappointed. Fix this EA.
