Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue here

absolutely nothing unlocked from the battle pass after purchasing bf pro and only 3 of the 5 items from the recruit tier awarded

paid money for this and missing half the content with no fix as of yet, pretty disappointing to say the least
