I recently bought the BF Pro Battle Pass, mainly for the SOR-300SC blueprint, but after buying it I noticed that the first 5 rewards (Brodie, Speak No Evil and Bad Medicine skins, the gun blueprint I mentioned earlier and the Transparency parachute skin) are not appearing in my loadouts despite being “claimed”, I did get given every other remaining 6 rewards but come on. I paid £21 for it so like, where’s my stuff man😂
Idk if this is necessary to add but I have not yet purchased the actual Battlefield 6 game, I only play Redsec but still.. I don’t think that should necessarily affect me not getting those rewards right? I know there are other people with this issue so I hope it gets resolved or patched soon
I made the purchase the same day same console. EA just don’t care. It’s not even about getting the content anymore for me I’m far past that after all the garbage EAi HeLLp emails. It’s become about getting serious compensation now. One reason being for the purchase screen literally saying “instant rewards” and it still does when you look at the battlepass menu. The second reason is the issue not being prioritised and not getting compensated. Could have sent us in game currency enough to buy different packs, so they could try to keep us a little happy while we wait for it to be fixed since their emails always requested us to be patient. Third reason being the terrible help that none of us got leaving us left felt scammed.
i can only imagine how frustrating this has been for all of us dumb enough to buy it, especially from EA.
