Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I bought the battlepass PRO, which funny enough lets me use the instant unlock skins and awards from the upgraded version but NOT the regular pass. It shows that i have them unlocked in the battlepass rewards, but locked when i try to equip or change the skins. The BF PRO pass should let me have everything from the instant unlocks so i don’t understand why or how its even possible. I have played for days and still no change, restarted my console and even re-installed the game. Please help…
