Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Honestly I’m disappointed in the CM person here. He is asking for pictures even though there are videos here. This issue is from day one of season 1 and no fix available. It’s on all platforms too , PS PC Xbox…. This is ridiculous. It will probably not be fix with the new map update this week either. Such a shame.
