Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I have faced the same issue described on this post on the forum. I have purchased BF PRO package more than a week already and the Instant unlocks not unlocked. This is really disappointing once is not a cheap package.

I would like you to get it solved and give me the items I have purchased.
